Madi's love of hats grows. I must say that I am growing to appreciate this love of hats because her hair isn't exactly easy to do. I am also not skilled enough to create a beautiful "do" in the few seconds she is willing to hold still. Grandma Lucy (my grandma...so Madi's great-grandma) has a trunk full of dress up clothing. For Madi's birthday, she sent Madi two hats from her vast trunk of goodies. Madi has had a lot of fun putting this one on her head, taking it off and putting it back on again. Of course, Madi expects to hear, "Sooo Cuuute..." Maybe that is why she takes it off and puts it back on again - just so she can hear you say it...

Sooooo cute! I hope Vegas is cooling off a little for you. Can you believe it's almost September? Time flies.
She sure knows how to work the camera...that sly little look she has in the second picture is hilarious.
