The downstairs bathroom

So here are some before and after pictures of our latest home renovation - the downstairs bathroom. Here it is shortly after we purchased the house and before we did anything.

I found a cabinet/nightstand on craigslist after searching several home improvement stores for vanities that would work down here. We decided to make our own out of this dresser.

Voila! Here we are - mostly finished. Just need a few finishing touches but overall I think it turned out pretty nice.

What we did: painted over the fruit inspired wallpaper; removed and replaced all the trim (baseboards and door casings); retiled the floor; replaced the light fixture; made our own vanity with cool vessel sink and faucet; replaced all the hardware.
