Our apartment complex throws a Holiday party for its residents every year. We missed it last year, but showed up at the front clubhouse yesterday to lots of treats and a special gift for Madi. Santa was there and she didn't want to sit on this Santa's lap either.
Here's a picture of our Christmas tree. If you look closely you will see that only the top half is decorated. Madi has helped to undecorate the bottom. Maybe next year she will understand that in order for the tree to look "pity" the ornaments need to stay on it.
She must think I don't see her behind the tree trying to play with ornaments. Oh well, as long as she enjoys the tree I guess that is what Christmas is all about.

Well at least she only pulled the ornaments off and not the tree down! I remember a few Christmases growing up where a younger sibling pulled the whole tree down!
